What Information Do We Collect?

We collect the following information during normal use of the OTiS Mobile app:

- Your full name.
- Your email address.
- The unique ID of the mobile device on which the app is installed.

Under some circumstances we may also collect:

- Your geographical location.
- Image data from the device camera.

Please read below for information on how and when this information is collected.

How Do We Use The Information?
------------------------------

Your personal information (name and email address) is used only to contact you in the normal course of providing our services to you. We will not use it for advertising purposes.

Your device ID is used to enable us to send push notifications to your device for the purposes of SSAS alerting.

As a security measure, if five failed login attempts are made to the app, we will collect the geographical location of the device, and will also take a picture with the device's camera. This information is used purely to be able to provide security information to you on your request.

What Information Do We Share?

We take our users' privacy and security very seriously. We do not share any of the information collected by OTiS Mobile with any third party.
